FYI: thought you'd want to know that it's possible to reach a representative of JD Marvel Co. at the following e-address: Info@JDMarvelProducts.com

A customer serv. rep named Pauline wrote me back after I sent a rather heated demand for merchandise that was paid for but never received. An order number was issued, and the e-mail assured that the merchandise would be sent in 2-3 weeks. I will send more updates as I hear more, but for those like myself who were feeling ripped-off, I offer a possibility of resolution. Yep we'll see.
