J.D. Marvel Products rip-off Champlain New York

I sent a check for $10.90 to J.D. Marvel, Inc. for a pair of ladies slippers on 12/9/02.
I received my cancelled check on 1/13/03. To date, I have not received the slippers I ordered.
I would either like to receive these slippers or have them return my money.
