I sent a check to J.D. Marvel Products on 2-5-2003, for $27.75, for one of their products. The check was cashed on 2-12-2003. I have not received my merchandise.

I have not received any explanation from J.D. Marvel Products on where my merchandise is. I have not been unable to contact them, because I am put on hold for long periods of time, and disconnected.

I have not received my money back.
