I was told by Gary Jorgenson there representative that my best product to sell was Exercise Equipment and thatI would have my investment returned in 6 mos and that there was no limit to how much money l could make.

I went through there tranlng program and it did go well, but when I recieved my website and saw the prices and the shipping costs I started checking outlets like Sports Authority, Sears and others and found that I could not compete.

I contacted The Better Business Bureau and they contacted the Jeff Paul System or Mentoring of America, LLC and I eventually heard from them and they sent me a refund form stating they would refund me half of what I paid $6,495.00 as soon as they recieved the refund form signed by me. I signed and mailed it back May 1, 2006 and to this date I have not recieved or heard anything from them. I contact my credit card company periodically and they said they have no record of any refund of $3,247.50.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

It's time to play hardball then to get their attention.

Since Mentoring of America has chosen to ingore your refund after they agreed to issue you one, you need to rattle their cage and get their attention. For the vast majority, Mentoring of America relies on people to simply give up and quit, which a lot of people who sign up for this type of garbage do. If you did not do it, you should have placed a tracking/confirmation number on the refund agreement you sent back to them that yo signed. You could have had solid proof that they indeed received your refund agreement, and that they failed to deliver their side of the deal. Begin to document everything from now on in regards to Mentoring of America. Put tracking and confirmation number on everything you mail to them, and tape record any and all conversatons with Mentoring of America's people that you might have.

Here's basically what I did to get my full $7,000 plus back from Mentoring of America LLC. Also, do a search for "Mentoring of America" on this website and you will be presented with a huge ammount of complaints and you can read more of my suggestions and that of others who successfully got Mentoring of America to issue them full refunds. The more you know about how Mentoring of America works, their tactics, how they determined the price for the same thing between $1,500 to $15,000 ect, the better off you will be.

What Mentoring of America sells for John Beck, John Alexander, and Jeff Paul is complete garbage. If it worked as they claim and can make you rich, then the people you speak to on the phone would be doing it themselves instead, and would have absolutely no incentive to be working for a measly hourly wage at an office talking to you, driving to work each day, and having a boss.

File these additional complaints against Mentoring of America's main corporate office of:

Mentoring of America LLC
752 East 1180 South Suite #200
American Fork, Utah 84003
Phone: 877-704-6346

File with the Federal Trade Commission(FTC.GOV)

File with U.S Securities and the Exchange Commission (SEC.GOV). This agency will launch an investigation on a business after a certain ammount of complaints are received. Just very recently, the SEC has crushed and completely shut down a pyramid scheme company called "Prosperity Automated Systems" or "PAS" for short. Google it and see for yourself. I would like the same thing to happen to Mentoring of America LLC out of Utah.

And most importanly ( the one that's has gotten several people on this site full refunds within the last 4 months) file a complaint with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. Here is the complaint form to fill out. If the link shows up cut in half (sometimes ripoff cuts the links in half for some reason), copy and paste both halfs together to your browser. If that does not work, go to (consumerprotection.utah.gov) for one. It's right on the homepage.

consumerprotection.utah.gov/downloads/complaintform.pdf

Use the summary box of this complaint form and explain everything in detail that has happened, any and all lies, false statements, fake gurantees, and promises made to you by their people. Include the names of the people you have deal with like the lowly Gary Jorgenson. Mention the fact that you sent back the refund agreement form, and they have chosen to ignore your demands even to this day.

Keep in contact with Utah investigator Ao Pauga at 801-530-6601 about the status of your Utah Division complaint.

Read this link for more details about Mentoring of America, it's fraudlent employees exposed by myself, and news video coverage of lawsuits filed against the company very recently in Utah.
