I go to Jensen's because I have always been treated fairly and with respect.  Our Jaguar dealer closed shop locally and Eddie has been taking care of my car since.  I truly trust their opinion and consider their work on par with what I was receiving at the dealer, but at a more reasonable price.  My experience is that he goes out of his way for his clients.   I believe Eddie did have a disgruntled employee try to discredit him, which likely explains some negative reviews that have appeared on this site recently.

There are 4 reports on this company in just a month, 3 of them featuring the same photo, so this is what I'm getting from it:
1: Jensen is correct where he's pinning these reports on someone out to get him.

2: BUT he's also fallen into the trap of having shill posts made to rebut these posts.

But I'll forgive him that because he probably knows no other method to combat this kind of attack.

Bottom, line, this is one case where I'm disregarding the shill rebuttals that I normally take as a sign the business is in the wrong, and Ripoff Reports ought to go over these 4 reports closely and indeed redact them, or add their own disclaimers, if their fraud catching algorithms hit their marks.

I'd just like to point out that the Consumer Comment above mine seems like a response from someone working for the company itself as opposed to an actual consumer, it feels more like an advertisement for the company rather then an actual customer experience. Although this may be an actual consumer, that is still how it comes across.

Eddie and his staff are extremely thorough and complete in their work. Customers are treated with the utmost care and respect. They discuss all options and charges up front before performing services. Eddie takes time with his customers and his staff does the same, ensuring everyone is satisfied. Customer service/satisfaction is Eddie's number one concern. I recommend Jensen Tire to everyone.
