Jerry Collins RV Icebox, or Nucold Refrigeration, INC defective cooling unit, morrilton, Arkansas

 on 06/28/12 ordered a rebuilt RV cooling unit, from RV Icebox, owner Jerry Collins, not delivered untill a dispute with Pay Pal was filed. Delivered on07/18/12, installed on 07/20/12, did not work.Called on 07/20/12 tolded to let run for 24 hours. still not working.called on 07/27/12, was tolded that they would honor warrenty,but had to run some test first. I did all the test that were asked, and this took manny days and phone call's .

Still not working.Was told a new unit would be sent. Could not get a tracking number from them. By 09/07/12 still no unit, was told it was shiped to someone else. 09/14/12 Jerry said that they would refund all moneys the entire amount of $395.00 would be sent that day. By 09/21/12 still no refund, not answering phone call's, won't return messages. In my opinion this company RV Icebox/ Nucold/ Jerry Collins is a scam/ rip off
