Jerry Longmire Longmire Maintenance, Longmire Construction, Superior Structural Services, Jerry Wayne Longmire ,comedian, HIRED to level home, remove existing wood deck and shrubbery, install new concrete patio, move a jacuzzi, etc. - WALKED OFF JOB AND TOOK MONEY AND PREPAID MATERIALS!! Willis, Texas

On August 10, 2017 we entered into a written contract with Jerry Longmire aka Jerry W Longmire a/k/a Jerry Wayne Longmire of Willis, Texas (using the contract heading "Longmire Maintenance - Century Foundation Company") to design and construct floating cement stairs and patios, design & construct slabs, desin and construct sidewalk, design and construct double landing handicap accessible ramp, remove excess destructive plants, move spa, etc.  

Contract states that "Longmire Maintenance/Century Foundation will carry all the necessary insurance . . . "  

I was told that this would be an 8 day job.

We paid out over 10,000.  On or about November 25, 2017 after trying repeatedly to receive information about when they would be finished we received an email from Mr. Longmire stating that he would not be finishing the job and was not going to return any of our money because of "personal issues."  The job remains unfinished as of this writing (December 12, 2017) and, from the reports we are getting from other contractors, this job is unstable and should be removed in its entirety and repoured.
