Jet.com jet.com Promo not clear-BE AWARE! Internet

I placed my first order mid-August, without incident.  They advertise a "triple15", where you get 15% off your first 3 orders, and free shipping on the first three orders.

I went to place a second order, and they WOULD NOT honor the triple 15, as by signing up, I received a $10.00 off promotion, which was far greater than the 15% off.  This being said, I called them, and they would not honor the triple15, because the triple15 code MUST be used on the first order, to claim the next 2.  I suggested that my spouse would create an account, and they stated that would be against the TOS, and i was out of luck. So, now on any subsequent orders, I will NOT get any discount, nor free shipping unless I spend 35.00 or more.  I am quite disappointed, as my first order went seamlessly, and was singing their praises to everyone I know.  Now I look like a fool.  Had they not offered the $10 off, I never would have been in this position.  It was a set up for failure of the promotion.  

The customer service rep I spoke with was far less than helpful, and I feel that I am being penalized for taking advantage of a promo that they specifically offered to me for registering, unbeknownst to me that I would not be able to take advantage of any further discounts.  Very misleading.

Be aware, and read all of the fine print.  This is where they get you.  To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.  Thankfully I have Amazon Prime, and will be ordering from them, with free shipping on the first dollar.
