This company has charged me once for $5.00 to speak to an expert lawyer and get an answer to my question. They state that the first charge is to reserve an expert to answer your question then they charge again for $29.00 when your question has been answered. My question was never answered and I was charged both charges. They also state that if you are unsatisfied for any reason you can email them at info@jetcounsel.com for a refund. I have emailed them 5 times with no reply from them and I have asked for a refund because I never received an answer from the expert they chose.
