Jody Patterson Chapter 7&13 Bankruptcy Preparation Paid her in June of 2010 to prepare divorce papers,she barely filed in Feb 2011 and did not complete by having him served also took another $550.00 to file the Quadro for 401,then closed down office a Tempe, Arizona

I was referred by a friend to Jody Patterson at Simply Legal  to prepare my divorce papers.. I paid her in full of June 2010 this was an on going battle to get her to return calls and find out why it was taking so long to prepare papers.. I had to make several trips to Tempe just to get her to do several things so I knew she was working on this important matter..everytime she had an excuse ,oh I sent you the email.. Never did I get it.. same thing about phone calls..My papers did not get filed until Feb of 2011 so  this took her 8 months..Every time she ask for info she received it the following day..so under no circumstance was this because of info she did not have.... I stated to her that soon to be ex husband was angry how long it was taking which we both had discussed what was to be in divorce and what was the hold up..no response. As a single mom I needed this to be over and she knew I was not receiving child support.. I also  Paid her in full to file Quadro papers.. that is for the dividing of 401... she has closed her office and is not returning calls... so I was left with serving him myself and I paid her $1050.00. she has taken from me without any results....
