Thank you for the advice, especially from Reid on this website. Now I feel like I have more courage and support to fight this knowing that my husband and I are not the only ones. I started second-guessing what I was told by those crooks but I took notes when spoke to them that night and I'm glad I did. And now reading all these reports just confirms what I remember. When I first started reading these reports and saw that other people were charged different amounts for tuition, I thought "hmm I wonder how that is?" Then when I read what Reid wrote about them asking what our credit limit was I thought "hot d**n, those f*^$ing sons of b&^#@es." Does anyone know if this is grounds for a class action law suit?

What A Freaking Laugh!!! Pure garbage!!!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, September 20, 2004

Hey there everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds each and every one of you out there, in good spirits and health.

There's obviously no limits to what the fraudulent John Beck "mentoring" programs and "information" material companies will go through in order to promote their f%ck!ng $h!t!

Pure garbage!!! But guess what? There is no limits to what I'm willing to go through, to make as many people as I possibly can aware of the fact, that the Free and Clear Progam along with his "mentoring" are nothing but scams.

CRE ONLINE.COM has an article entitled: Tax Lien Certificates: Buy Real Estate For Pennies On The Dollar. This article alone, has taught me more about the business in three minutes and for free, than the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute has in nearly two months, for $6,400.00.

Be sure to read the entire article, as it will give a clear and more precise picture as to how intricate buying tax liens really is, unlike all the deceptive Infomercials and all the other fraudulent businesses advertising their nonsense.

The only "information", that I have received through the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, was instructions to a couple of websites, and a suggestion to seek tax related information from H&R BLOCK.

NO $h!T SHERLOCK!!! YOU F%CK!NG THINK?!!! DUR!!!
SCAM!!! After I have written more than twenty rebuttals, and not have gotten one response from these cocky sons of b!tche$, I would literally question all of his materials.

One thing is for absolute certain, and that is investing in tax liens is far more intricate and complicated, than any fraudulent ba$tard would have you believe... and very possibly not as lucrative, for the vast majority of people will not succeed in this type of investing, especially when the program is fraudulent like the John beck mentoring Institute's.

Until next time, take care everyone, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Message to the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, and all other related fraudulent entities promoting and marketing this scam:

$9.8 million after taxes, in which part of the proceeds to be donated to the Rip-Off Report for bringing this scam out in the open.

Unlike your scam, where your sales people threaten to sue consumers, if and when someone wants a refund, this is NOT an attempt to blackmail.

This is money owed to me!! My time is very precious and you, the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute have wasted much of it. Understand that this $9.8 million is NOT a pay off.

Setteling this matter with me in the public eye like any legimate and reputable business definitely would have a long time ago, is your responsibility. In addition to my $9.8 million, I want Mike Evans fired!!

Hey there Stephanie,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you along with everyone else, in good spirit and health.

What this fraudulent company is peddling is most certainly grounds for a class action lawsuit, however, I personally, have never really been a huge fan of such lawsuits.

Most people that have participated in such lawsuits, will probably tell you, that it's very time consuming, and the compensation in the end, is often hardly ever worth near the heartache you'll encounter.

You are most likely better off pursuing this fraudulent company on your own, in the event they refuse to issue you a prompt, full, no hassle refund.

If you have used a credit card, I would strongly suggest you contact your credit card's dispute department immediately, and notify them regarding John Beck Mentoring Institute's unethical business practices. Unethical to say the least.

Deceptive trade, scam, fraud, extortion are far more appropriate terms to describe this company and the garbage they're peddling.

If your credit card company knows what's good for them and their reputation, they won't ever attempt to allow any fraudulent charges, by a fraudulent company to pass as a legitimate transaction, therefore, I wouldn't overly concerm myself regarding any lawsuits at this point.

As I have said many times before, there is absolutely no reason why anyone would lose a credit card dispute (provided that the dispute takes place in the alloted time frame), once someone has won their dispute against the same company in question.

There's no possible way, that any transaction can be legit to someone, and fraudulent to others. The John Beck Mentoring Institute could not provide anything relevant to my "quality of service" dispute, so I honestly believe, they'll lose every time.

I am also confident, that you to Stepanie, will prevail in the end and be the last one laughing. Remember, he who laughs last, laughs the hardest, and I giggle my a$$ off every single day.

Anyways, I have to go for now, so take care of yourself and don't allow them get away with your hard earned money.

Until next time, take care Stephanie and everyone else, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless. Keep in touch.
