#10 Consumer Suggestion

Far beyond just a refund at this point.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, May 31, 2004

I find it next to impossible to believe, that anyone who claims to have found success using a particular program, would even bother bragging about it, or find it beneficial or even slightly necessary to post their UNPROVEN success stories on the internet. It just doesn't make any sense.

I also find it next to impossible to believe, that anyone who claims to have found success would even waste time trying to defend a particular business, unless he or she had something to gain by doing so.

It's non productive and stupid for anyone to think, that he or she can convince people just how wonderful a business or company is and not have to prove it.

The bottom line is, the only rebuttals that hold any water and consumers should be interested in, are those that have been posted by the businesses that have been reported themselves. If any business finds this task too difficult to accomplish, then there's no sense for anyone to waste time posting any rebuttals.

Any and all UNPROVEN success stories are just mere opinions, meaningless and worthless. The only rebuttals from consumers, that are legitimate are the ones that's able to contradict specific points in a report and PROVE otherwise.

Disregard any and all rebuttals, that are of an UNPROVEN success story nature. The only people that would find it necessary to post UNPROVEN success stories on FREE message boards, are those who have a vested interest and something to gain by doing so.

Many businesses are only interested in luring unsuspecting victims into contracts, that are heavily filled with clauses. One clause in particular, that's used to literally steal money, is a NO CANCELLATION clause.

Rule of thumb #1: The more adamant, determined and or desperate someone seems about convincing others regarding a program's legitimacy, the more skeptical everyone should be about that particular person or program, especially if the program that he or she is trying to defend or promote has a NO CANCELLATION POLICY" and many UNACKNOWLEDGED and UNRESOLVED complaints against it.

The many scams that plague our beautiful society, plays an integral role for the enormous amount of skeptics.

How to determine false rebuttals that have been posted by shills: Any and all rebuttals that does not address, acknowledge, resolve or rectify the initial report at hand, in one way or another, are just meaningless and worthless opinions, or flat out false.

Consider all UNPROVEN success stories, that in no way proves the company in question is legitimate, false. Example of a typical false rebuttal: I must disagree with all these reports. I have used ______________ for two years now and I'm really happy with the performance.

What the hell does a rebuttal like this have to do with anything? UNPRODUCTIVE, MEANINGLESS & STUPID!!! Doesn't contradict or prove anything!!! A million of these false rebuttals, still doesn't change the fact, that a particular company, has many UNACKNOWLEDGED and UNRESOLVED complaints against it and doesnt even stand up against one legitimate negative complaint.

The John Beck Mentoring Institute like many 'mentoring programs like it, are nothing but traps set, where deception and fraud is the bait.

Rule of thumb #2: Avoid any and all businesses that for some very peculiar reason, finds it necessary to stipulate and implement a NO CANCELLATION POLICY', regardless of the many EXCUSES they might have for doing so.

Rule of thumb # 3. Avoid any and all businesses that has even one UNACKNOWLEDGED or UNRESOLVED complaint against it, especially regarding refunds. If a business was truly as lucrative as claimed, it would definitely be willing and able to stand behind their program. For example: If John Beck's Mentoring Institute had really been interested and able to help someone acquire $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month, as they so fraudulently claim, issuing refunds would definitely not be a problem. Any legitimate business would have no problem issuing refunds, plain and simple.

Avoid any and all companies that find it necessary to even stipulate and implement a NO CANCELLATION POLICY. NO CANCELLATION allows fraudulent businesses like the John Beck Mentoring Institute, to literally extort money from individuals, that fall for their fraudulent sales pitches, by attempting to hide safely and comfortably behind the legal system.

If at any time you decide to dispute a charge with your credit card company, make sure to send copies of the many rip-off reports against the company in question.

Equally important, is to send copies of all reports that are of successful charge backs to your credit cards dispute department.

There is absolutely no reason or excuse for any business, that has once been forced to grant a refund to an individual, for whatever reason, should not have to refund other individuals. We were all sold the same garbage. By refunding one individual and not the many others, only proves everything I've said about their contracts being nothing but traps to extort money.

Rule of thumb # 4. Victims of scams do not have to prove a thing to the general public, for he or she has absolutely nothing to gain by doing so. The burden of proof lays on the businesses that ask for thousands of dollars and deliver nothing of value in return.

The John Beck Mentoring Institute uses fraudulent bait and switch tactics, in conjunction with a NO CANCELLATION POLICY to extort money from the public. There is absolutely zero reason for a NO CANCELLATION POLICY other than to hide safely behind the legal system, in attempt to blatantly rip people off.

The Beck Mentoring Institute, along with their fraudulent program, is comparable to that of someone selling brand new automobiles, while not even being willing and able to deliver old jalopies.

Ever fall for the bogus sea monkey advertisements, on the back of comic books, as a child? The bogus John Beck Free and Clear program is comparable to that of adults falling for that same sea monkey nonsense.

The bogus infomercial is only used to lure people into a bogus "mentoring" program, throught the use of even more deceit, misrepresentation and fraudulent sales pitches. Their contract with the "NO CANCELLATION" clause, is the stake throught the heart. THE TRAP!!

Rule of thumb # 5. Don't allow the many websites that are selling the John Beck Free and Clear program, to influence your belief that the program is legitimate. It's the same scam, just being sold by different vendors. What's far more important than the many infomercials and websites is acknowledging and resolving the many complaints against them. Refer back to rule # 1, for it elaborates in detail, the specifics of rule of thumb # 5. Many infomercial companies are very cocky, in that they believe they can just blow off the many complaints against them, because more fraudulent advertising will sufficiently mask and conceal the truth.

Sorry to have to be the one to break the news to everyone, but no amount of advertisement makes up for any amount of unacknowledged and unresolved complaints, nor does it make any business legitimate.

As a matter of fact, I would be very skeptical about any and all businesses, that put advertising before the consumers. Now I can honestly say with absolutely no doubt, that advertisements, regardless of costs, don't mean squat or prove in any way, that a business is legitimate. Bottom line is, no legitimate business would ever allow a situation like this to just hang over it's head.

It's very safe to assume, that any business that finds it necessary to even stipulate a NO CANCELLATION POLICY on a contract, while attempts to obtain someone's money, after it was they, who have failed to live up to any of their fraudulent claims is a scam.

The John Beck Mentoring Institute has scammed me, along with many others. It has now been eight months and these crooks still haven't shown any remorse or interest to contact me to resolve this issue. Any legitimate company would have done so long ago.

Rule of thumb # 6. No successful person would ever waste his or her time posting positive messages on free public message boards without proof of his or her success. So if you happen to stumble across any discussions on topics regarding a specific business, automatically disregard that particular business as legitimate, for once again the only legitimate counter to any complaint is acknowledgement and resolution. Bottom line, no legitimate business would ever allow this many complaints against it to go UNACKNOWLEGED and UNRESOLVED.

Rule of thumb # 7. No legitimate program would ever be negotiable as mentoring programs are. Take notice of the enormous differences in the investment amounts, from the many victims. The reason for the huge investment flexibility, is because the salespeople that are selling this crap, are really only interested in the maximum amount of available credit on an individuals credit card, regardless of the many EXCUSES they give you. Nothing of value will be delivered by the John Beck Mentoring Institute anyway, so it makes no difference whether they squeeze $4,000.00 or $10,000.00 out of their victims. The more the merrier.

Rule of thumb # 8. Disregard any and all postings on FREE message boards that attempt to compare mentoring programs, by so-called gurus, which are UNPROVEN, to that of PROVEN, established, accredited trade schools, universities, technical school, etc, etc. Attempting to compare something that's UNPROVEN to something that's PROVEN, is like comparing apples to crocodiles. PREPOSTEROUS!!

Rule of thumb # 9. Don't ever assume that a business is legitimate, just because it has a merchant account. Now that I've been scammed by the John Beck Mentoring Institute, I can honestly and whole heartedly say, that the criteria and standards to obtain a merchant account, are obviously very minimal.

Rule of thumb # 10. Assume that all business that states a NO CANCELLATION POLICY on their contract is a scam. This stipulated clause, literally allows fraudulent businesses like the John Beck Mentoring Institute to rob consumers. What does a NO CANCELLATION POLICY in a contract of a fraudulent business like the John Beck Mentoring Institute, who has not lived up to any of their bogus claims, have to do with a dispute regarding quality of services? NOTHING!! What does the fact that I enrolled in the fraudulent John Beck Program have to do with anything?

Rule of thumb # 11. Even if there are legitimate gurus out there, which I hardly doubt, the chances of anyone successfully finding them and becoming successful with the program is slim to nada. Remember: Any successful guru would have a lot more to lose, by teaching others to use his strategies, then he would have to gain. We need to start making it a little more difficult for fraudulent businesses to fool the public, than just PAID advertisements.

Rule of thumb # 12. Any and all businesses that are opposed to any consumer advocate type forums, while do not ACKNOWLEDGE and RESOLVE the many complaints against them, are flat out scams. Any and all businesses, that have numerous rip off-reports against them, that don't come forward to handle their business, because they have much to hide, shouldn't be opposed to the idea of advocates sharing their experiences with the public.

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute uses the NO CANCELLATION clause in their contract, only so that they may have one major shot of stealing someone's money, well after someone catches on to their fraudulent scheme.

So for the John Beck Mentoring Institute to carry on this dispute for as long as they have proves beyond any reasonable doubt, that they are using this clause in their contract for unethical reasons.

Don't' ever involve yourself in contracts with a NO CANCELLATION POLICY, for it literally allows fraudulent businesses the right to pursue your investment, even if the business has engaged in fraud, deceptive trade, extortion, any unethical business practice, etc, etc.

I am now requesting $300,000.00 after taxes (stipulated clause: NO CANCELLATION) and accumulating very rapidly, for all my time that they've wasted, that can never be replaced, and all other related expenses such as printing, postage, stress, aggravation, mental anguish, lost wages, computer ware, medical and dental work that could not be rendered, due to non-insurance, but most importantly, for the lifelong uncertainty of just what might have been, had I not been scammed by this fraudulent company. This is not a bribe or attempt to blackmail. Just compensation.

I will continue to stick around like a malignant tumor on their a*s, for the rest of my natural born life, or until this horrific experience is resolved to the best of my satisfaction.

If this fraudulent company insist on ignoring me, the tumor will quickly become cancerous and God knows how much it will cost to have me removed. The fraudulent John Beck program has truly changed my life. It's just to bad not in ways, that it was supposed to.

All that the John Beck Mentoring Institute has to do to settle my request for compensation, is Purchase a few properties and resell them for profit.

According to what's been claimed to me regarding the John Beck program, but never delivered, it should take the John Beck Mentoring Institute no longer than one year and eight months to accumulate the $300,000.00, that I'm now requesting.

Not a bribe or attempt to blackmail, just compensation for all the trouble theyve caused by running their fraudulent business my wayand you can say to support my new retraction business, where my retraction service has a NO CANCELLATION POLICY and NON-NEGOTIABLE POLICY. Positive retractions are not for sale here.

My request is specifically for compensation purposes only. Any retraction from myself, will only come about, if an honest, fair and sincere resolution on behalf of the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute takes place. Unethical you say?

No different then the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, where they attempt to use clauses in their contract to rip people off. The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute believes, that their business license and merchant account gives them a right to financially injure people.

These crooks have wasted enough of my time, but I'm happy to say, that I have absolutely no problem continuing to exercise my constitutional rights to post the truth about this fraudulent program.

I will continue to warn the public about the financial danger that lays ahead of them and behind the very deceptive infomercial. I have now also implemented a cost of my very own for any retractions, regarding any of my reports. This is not a bribe or attempt to blackmail. I could care less, whether or not this fraudulent company ever comes forward to apologize and resolve this issue.

Their actions have already spoken on their own behalf. Further ignoring me, will only anger me more and will tremendously increase the amount of my services for any retraction, for I am well beyond just a refund at this point and have also decided to charge $10,000.00 for each and every one paragraph retraction, for each and every report that I have to retract, because of this whole ordeal. At this point, a retraction from me is possibly the best thing that they could hope for to prove that they're a legitimate business with good intentions and business ethics.

HMMMMMMM??? Let's see, say and do anything necessary, to lure unsuspecting victims into a fraudulent and non-existent program, that's heavily filled with clauses, for the mere intention of stealing money.

Sell a brand new car that's fully loaded and deliver an old heap if even that. Sounds like nothing more than a stiff job if you ask me. The John Beck Free and Clear program that's being peddled through a very deceiving infomercial and fraudulent bait and switch tactics, is nothing but a cleverly disguised swindle.

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute have never even sent me a copy of my signed agreement, until the one I received from my credit cards dispute department, when the credit card dispute process began. How dishonest is that? Seems like they've stashed it away, so that they could attempt to attack me with it later, which they did.

Too bad the signed contract has nothing to do with the reason for my dispute. Fishy or what? I HAVE NOT ONCE DENIED ENROLLING IN THEIR PROGRAM! The Fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Program's printed contract has no stipulation regarding a cancellation policy, because there is none. It's a scam!

Besides, a contract isn't valid unless both parties exchange something of value, in anticipation of the completion of the contract. The thing of value is often referred to as consideration. consideration is a promise to deliver something of value.

The John Beck Mentoring Institute promised me many things, but have delivered absolutely nothing of value in return. So far, the John Beck Mentoring Institute has committed fraud, deceptive trade, illegal bait and switch tactics, extortion, and threatening.

It is flat out deceptive trade, regardless of any contract involved, to stiff people the way the John Beck Mentoring Institute does. I am one hundred percent certain, that no sane person would ever agree to invest $6,400.00, for just a few software discs, that can't possibly be worth no more than $20.00 each, leads to three websites, where someone may blindly bid on properties and a suggestion to take all of his or her tax related questions to H&R Block.

The mentoring that I've received, was definitely not what has been agreed upon over the phone. I definitely would never have agreed to invest $6,400.00, for a service that is worth no more than $60.00 or so, unless I was blatantly deceived and deliberately misled to do so, just as I have been.

In closing I would like to say Stay Free and Clear from this fraudulent company, for the only Amazing Profits that you'll see, are the one going into the pockets of these crooks. There is absolutely no truth to what this fraudulent company is selling. Believe me, there is nothing on their side that will ever put you in an infomercial, as they so fraudulently claim.

If you have already made the mistake of enrolling in the fraudulent John Beck Amazing Profits program, immediately phone your credit card's dispute department and dispute the charge.

If enough people dispute the fraudulent charge and refuse to pay it, and only if enough people do this, will it become much more difficult for fraudulent businesses to obtain merchant accounts. Just complaining about the situation is not good enough.

Thank goodness for this website and the kind heart of it's creator. I'm a true believer that there is tremendous strength in numbers, so we should all form an army (union) of advocates. Anyways, that's all for today, but as you all know, I'll definitely be back to rant some more and will definitely keep everyone updated regarding the John Beck Mentoring Institute scam.

Until next time take care cause I care, aloha from Hawaii and God Bless each and every one of you.

P.S. Seems like more and more message boards which contain reports on this mentoring garbage, are either starting to delete messages, or their entire boards. HMMMMMMM??? I wonder what's going on??? Could it possibly be that the owners of these message boards are being paid off??? Could it be they are being threatened, by fraudulent businesses to turn a blind eye and hide the truth???

I won't list the message boards in question, as to protect the innocent. Owners of message boards have the right to cancel postings at will and at anytime, however, by leaving only the positive postings, while discarding all the other true negative postings, seems very suspicious. Those who frequent real estate message boards, will immediately know which boards I'm talking about. SHAAADY!!!

P.S.S. Any law enforcement agency, attorney, media company, radio station, magazine, newspaper editorial, etc, etc, who would be interested in this scam and the specifics, feel free to contact me through this website. Unlike the John Beck Mentoring Institute, I'd be more than happy to come out in the public eye to share my story. We can finally shed some light on this disease and very possibly have this fraudulent business uncover and reveal their own scam.

P.S.S. Thank you rip-off report for getting the message out.

Boiler room crack down.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, May 16, 2004

Seems like the state of California, is interested in cracking down on fraudulent and deceptive activities. Conduct a google search on "illegal boiler room operations" then click on the heading: California Department Of Corporations-Press Release 01-01. I don't know the specifics on the operation, but it will be really interesting to see, which bussinesses will remain standing after all the smoke is clear. It will also be interesting to watch all of the people, that tried to endorse these programs slowly start to dissapear. Take care everyone and be careful.

Scam!! Do not waste your time ordering the John Beck Free and Clear program that's sold via PAID infomercial.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 13, 2004

The program is fraudulent and it's just a deceptive door opener, which allows a fraudulent, third party marketing company to obtain your contact information, so that they may contact you at a later time and attempt to sell

you on a huge scam. This mentoring hoax is sold under very false pretences, using fraudulent sales pitches and bogus claims, by a bunch of swindlers that work out of boiler rooms.

I should've known from the start that this was nothing but a hoax, when I realized how shady it was for a program that had such a positive emphasis placed on it, could be so negotiable. Unlike the many other mentoring programs, John Beck's program has no one set price, for if you'll notice in the many other UNACKNOWLEDGED and UNRESOLVED rip-off reports against this fraudulent company, the investments vary tremendously. The reason for the huge fluctuation in everyone's investment, is because the people that work out of this fraudulent company, are only interested in someone's line of credit, regardless of what it is. $5,000.00 or as in my case $6,400.00, or even far greater, it doesn't matter, because the services is nada anyway you look at it.

This fraudulent company, like many others, hides behind a NO CANCELLATION POLICY. This type of policy, is used by fraudulent companies, that use the many clauses in their contract to pursue and retain money from individuals that fall prey for their scam, even far after someone realizes that he or she has been scammed. Once you sign the dotted line, it doesn't matter whether or not the company lives up to any of their claims or not, or even flat out engaged in deceptive trade which is fraud, the NO CANCELLATION POLICY will allow this fraudulent company to pursue your money regardless.

Two very important clauses in any contract, which allows fraudulent businesses like the John Beck team to steal money are; 1. Tape recorded contracts 2. Any and all contracts, which does not specifically state a CANCELLATION POLICY. I am presently in a credit card dispute battle with this fraudulent company and for some very stupid reason, they insist on pursuing my investment through extortion, by submitting nothing but irrelevant items, all which have absolutely nothing to do with the reason for my dispute.

They constantly submit items such as contracts, invoices, receipts, etc, etc, all of which have nothing to do with the reason for my dispute. I have not once denied enrolling in their program, so for them to even attempt to furnish these items, with the hopes of any of it passing as legitimate counters to my dispute, proves their intent to use the bogus NO CANCELLATION CLAUSE in their contracts as a weapon to steal money. What I have initially disputed was the quality of service which has clearly shown many traces of deceptive trade, which has slowly proved itself to be a flat out hoax. Need proof? Many people have fallen victim to this scam, some have gotten refunds, most do not.

Now I have been sold the same garbage, this company failed miserably to live up to any of their fraudulent claims, failed to render anything of value and failed miserably to hold up their end of the agreement, but they are still adamant and desperate in their attempt to steal my money, by insisting to use the NO CANCELLATION clause in their contract against me, when it has absolutely nothing to due with the situation. The NO CANCELLATION POLICY is not stated anywhere on this fraudulent company's contract. This fraudulent company does not even send you a copy of the agreement, until well after you've already realized, you've been misled into a fraudulent and non-existent program and want to take it up with their credit card company.

Still unsure about how the scam works? View the many other UNACKNOWLEDGED and UNRESOLVED rip-off reports against the companies Leasecom and Storesonline. I am not implying that Leasecom and Storesonline are associated with John Beck or any other so-called mentor. I just happened to notice that for some very shady reason, they to, have found it necessary to implement the same NO CANCELLATION POLICY. The reason why I am interested in tying these three company's together is the fact that they all have the same NO CANCELLATION CLAUSE in their contract, and all three of these companies seem to have no interest in ACKNOWLEDGING and or RESOLVING any consumer complaints. Why you ask? Well apparently when they try to come forward, the words just don't seem to come out. All you here is more lies and excuses. Another striking similarity between these three companies is that, what you receive is not what has been agreed upon.

Call me stupid, but I know I'd never agreed to pay $6,400.00 just for instructions on how to get to two websites and a suggestion to seek and obtain tax related assistance from H&R Block. The great thing about this kind of cockiness however, is that once a scam victim establishes a way to defeat this scam, it may be used against all other scams that have implemented the same nonsense. These three companies seem to be nothing but a large organized scam ring.

A good start would be for congress to establish a law that would hold individual employees and not the companies in which they work, fully responsible for his or her own actions. It is far too easy for companies that have a bad reputation for fraud to just close shop, file for bankruptcy, reorganize and then reopen it's doors and start scamming people all over again, only under a different name. If anyone from any one of these fraudulent companies, have ever been caught stealing from his or her company, they would immediately be prosecuted and may possibly spend jail time. How is this activity any different?

Fraud is fraud, regardless of where it's committed. Such a law would also prevent all shills from promoting and further perpetuating the same garbage with their hat full of deceit and excuses.

John Beck's so-called mentoring program is nothing but a cleverly disguised trap, where his fraudulent company's non-existent service, is only a cover to lure people into their traps, which is the contract that contains the NO CANCELLATION CLAUSE, which is a tool that literally allows them to rob consumers.

The John Beck Free and Clear infomercial is very deceptive and misleading. The salespeople who operate out of this fraudulent company's boiler rooms make many fraudulent sales pitches and claims. Don't worry however, I have been scammed, so that hopefully hundred or even thousands of people wont be.

1. Their coaches HAVE NOT been personally hand picked and mentored by John Beck himself, as they so fraudulently claim, unless they meant personally instructed by John Beck himself, to follow a script.

2. THERY ARE NOT going to show you how to purchase properties using O.P.M. (other peoples money) as they so fraudulently claim. O.P.M simply means any one else's money but the fraudulent company's, which then comes back to your own money.

3. The money that they want you to invest, IS NOT only captured and used as leverage as they so fraudulently claim would be, but rather will immediately go to the company.

4. They WILL NOT teach you how to build a tax shelter as they so fraudulently claim, but rather will only instruct you to take all of your tax related questions to H&R Block.

5. They ARE NOT interested in turning you into a success story as they so fraudulently claim. Their zero value information does not even have the ability to do so. If it did, everyone at this fraudulent company would be doing the program themselves.

6. Your coach WILL NOT walk you through a few transactions, until it is you are ready to invest on your own, as they so fraudulently claim they are.

7. THEY ARE NOT going to assist you in recuperating your entire investment back during the current tax season, as they so fraudulently claim. If it were true that they had the ability and knowledge to do so, why even ask for the investment in the first place?

8. The success rate of this company and their program IS NOT 96% as Mike Evans (crook that stole my money) so fraudulently claimed.

These are only a few of the fraudulent claims that these con-artists use and ARE NOT going to deliver. As a matter of fact you can pretty much forget everything that's been promised to you and had been agreed upon, because the only thing that you're sure to receive is zero value for your hard earned money.

They ARE NOT able to come forward with any explanation as to why there are so many UNACKNOWLEDGED and UNRESOLVED complaints against them, so I will do it for them. This program is fraudulent from start to finish, that's why. I'm positive that I have given everyone a more than sufficient amount of facts, as to why John Beck's program is flat out fraudulent and I've also proven far beyond any reasonable doubt that's it's nothing but a big scam.

The fact that these crooks are so unwilling to come out of hiding to PROVE otherwise, has just not helped their cause. Mike Evans from the John Beck team may choose to avoid me all he wants, but I really don't see away out of this, other then for them to take a chance and sue me for absolutely nothing, just like their mentoring is. I wouldn't be surprised if they were cooking up some frivolous fluff at this very moment.

If Mike Evans or his supervisor is reading this and since you crooks don't wish to debate this in the public eye and only insist on settling all complaints against your fraudulent company, behind closed doors where you and your lawyers can attempt to rob people, I find it very necessary to once again double my request for compensation. I am now requesting $300,000.00, after taxes. This will also help to cover some of the items that I have listed in my previous reports.

All you'll need to do to cover my tiny request for compensation, is just sell a few homes using your moneymaking program. Don't think for a second, that I am ever going to let anyone get away with flushing seven months of my life down the toilet. As I have said many times before, I have absolutely no problem with continuing to exercise my constitutional right to tell the TRUTH. Whether the truth is good or bad, is all up to the company and their willingness to come forward and rectify all of their wrongdoings.

This is not a bribe or attempt to blackmail. I could care less, if this fraudulent company never responds to my requestbut I will never allow any company, especially a fraudulent one, to sweep me under the rug. This fraudulent company blatantly attempted to steal $6,400.00, while providing me with absolutely nothing of value. The price for all my time wasted, that can never be replaced and never knowing what could have been, had I not had to deal with these crooks costs $300,000.00. They may choose to take this offer or just live with the stigma of being a scam.

Do you think that any LEGITIMATE companies like Sears, Circuit City, Macy's, etc, etc, would ever allow so may complaints against them to go UNACKNOWLEDGED or UNRESOLVED? No way!!

I'm going to end it for now, but will definitely be back to rant some more. Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless each and every one of you.

owners of the message board had been paid off, or even threatend, by one of the fraudulent, third party marketing companies

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 04, 2004

I have posted my horrific experience on another public message board, which I happend to inadvertantly stumble across while conducting a search on the John Beck scam. I conducted a google search under the heading; John Beck or Carlton Sheets?

For some very STRANGE reason, my five or six postings are no longer accessable on that message board. It seems to have been deleted for some very SHADY reason. I wonder why!!

Could it be because I posted the truth and the truth revealed the fact that "mentoring" is nothing but a sham? Could it possibly be, that the owners of the message board had been paid off, or even threatend, by one of the fraudulent, third party marketing companies, to have it removed?

In case you want to witness the diappearance of my postings yourself, conduct a google seach on; John Beck or Carlton Sheets?

I hope that the owners of the website don't expect everyone to believe that my postings had just vanished into thin air. What a coincidence though, the post before my first post, along with the one immediately following my last post are still there.

Two other peoples postings, which were of a bad nature, have been removed as well. Anyways, both of these programs, if not all of them, are bad deals.

Their contracts have many clauses in them, which allow the fraudulent, third party marketing companies the opportunity to literally steal money, even far beyond someone realizing they've been scammed.

That's the very reason for the implementation of their no refund policies. They are selling nothing more than a bunch of cow dung.

Anyways, if you are interested in someday learning how to invest in real estate, neither of these so-called "gurus" will be able to help you. They're only able to help you become thousands of dollars poorer.

These criminals seems to have started getting public forum message boards, to cover up and conceal (hide) all negative postings against them. These two old geasars are nothing but crooks and belong in jail along with William McCorkle. WHAM!! BAM!! THANK YOU SIR!!

Now I understand why all the so-called "gurus" are always really old, decrepid and look as though they are ready to kick the bucket. These scammers belong in the slammers. SCAM!! Until next time, Take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii & God Bless.

This program is a flat out scam!!

To say that the fraudulent, third party marketing company responsible for selling this bogus program is a bad company would be a huge understatement. This program is a flat out scam!! This program is nothing but a well disguised trap where a non-existant service is the cover. Why do you think complaints against this fraudulent company never gets acknowledged and resolved? Instead, fudge packing shills post ridiculous rebuttals in attempt to further deceive the public. Telephone "mentoring" of any kind simply does not exist. Why else do you think these companies find it necessary to implement no refund policies? It's a scam and they know it. If you've ever seen the text that legitimate real estate professionals read, you would fully understand that it's just not possible to be mentored over the phone, especially through only ten to fifteen sessions which lasts no more than fifteen minutes each and by someone who knows absolutely nothing about real estate themselves. I have been scammed by this company and challenge anyone from it to come foward and post an explanation and to apologize. I Know they won't, for if you'll notice every single complaint against this fraudulent company at every public forum went unacknowledged and unresolved. Instead they will attempt to stir up some kind of frivolous lawsuit, before ever being seen in the public eye. This is what fraudulent companies do. As a matter of fact their are far too many companies that are opposed to this website. I wonder why??? I wish the editor would someday post the names of these companies, but then again I can understand why he doesn't. There are far too many fraudulent companies and crooked lawyers out there whose only interest is dragging innocent people behind closed doors and imposing frivolous lawsuits against them. If you are planning to post a message with nothing but excuses, don't waste your time. The only positive messages that mean anything at this point, are ones posted by victims of your scam whose issues have been resolved. If you are a legitimate company and have nothing to hide, then you need not waste your time worrying about this website which is totally legitimate. Any and all companies that are opposed to a public forum such as this one is obviously just a scam and have much to hide. Avoid them at all costs.

If you came here to research an infomercial you've seen, I don't mean to kill your spirit, but it's a scam

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 18, 2004

Hello there,

I hope this message finds each and every one of you in good spirit and health. If you are new to all of these reports regarding this fraudulent company and their offer, the John Beck Free & Clear Program, I'm here to tell you that it's nothing but a scam. Forget everything you've seen on their infomercial because the offer is flat out fraudulent. Notice not one rebuttal in their favor?

If you've ordered their program and are expecting to receive it soon, call your credit card company immediately and cancel the order. Also, if you ever receive a call from any company attempting to sell you "mentoring", hang up the phone immediately or tell the person on the other end that you will notify the FTC and all other government and law enforcement agencies that handle deceptive trade cases about their scam.

This company has already engaged in deceptive trade at this point, for there wasn't any mention of any further investment. Don't wait for your materials to arrive, because that's what the company wants you to do. By waiting for your materials, much time has already passed and you could very well lose your right to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Take it from me and all the others that have been defrauded and scammed by this company, because we have absolutely nothing to gain by sharing this information and our experiences, they on the other hand, have the world to gain. Their materials are cheap and resembles childrens coloring books.

The program that they sell via PAID infomercial is just a deceptive trap, in order to obtain your contact information and is in no way useful, anyone that tells you otherwise is full of crap. Your contact information is then sold to numerous, fraudulent, third party marketing groups that sell bogus and non-existing "mentoring" sessions.

I am presently in a credit card transaction dispute with this company and so far they have submitted absolutely nothing that has to do with the reason why I've disputed the charges. I have spent hundreds of dollars in postage, printing, travel, etc, etc, while these crooks continue to submit ridiculous items such as contracts, receipts and other nonsense.

If you'll notice in all of my reports, I have never denied enrolling in their program, so all the documents that they have submitted so far is irrelavant and have nothing to do with my dispute. For them to even attempt to submit such far fetched items only proves beyond a reasonable doubt, that they are unable to furnish any legitimate counters and that they are hoping that I someday bow out of the dispute.

They are desperately looking to catch me on some kind of technicality. Their last submission to my dispute was a charge back adjustment reversal request that reads: "Please issue a credit back to our account for $6,400.00. Cardholder has purchased our Real Estate Mentoring Program. Please see attached "SIGNED" Enrollement Agreement/Contract". Thank you. S. Lyons.

Like I said earlier, I have not once denied enrolling in their program. What I have disputed is the fact that the coach that had been assigned to me was totally unable to live up to any of the claims that Mike Evans (salesperson) so freely used during the sale of this crap. I was blatantly lied to. Mike Evans along with my coach had no intention of holding up their end of the agreement.

My request has now increased to $142,600.00. I hope that Mike Evans spent every cent of his commission and enjoyed it, because let me tell you, someone will reimburse me for all my time wasted that I will never get back, computer ware, stress, aggravation, mental anguish, loss wages and all other items related to this scam.

I refuse to and will definetely not pay for a service that had not been rendered as agreed upon. If this dispute is not resolved very soon as it should've been three moths ago had this company been legitimate and wasn't desperately trying to rob me, I will hold this company personally accountable for paying back every cent of the charges on my credit card.

I am now factoring in time as a new means of increase to my request, for it is a tremendous waste of time. The rate of my request will double from time to time, while $1,500.00 will be added each and every week I do not get a response. The new time factor however, is $400.00 for each and every post from here on out. This now brings the grand total to $143,000.00 even. Until next time, take care cause I care, aloha from Hawaii & God Bless.

Hey there Leolani my fellow Aiea resident. I hope this message finds you along with every one else in good spirit and health. If this company sent you the materials, send it back immediately. Whatever you do Leolani, don't call the toll free number that they instruct you to. If anyone should call you and tell you that they are from the office of John Beck, hang up the phone. This is a fraudulent third party marketing company that's selling non-existant "mentoring" under false pretences, while using today's greatest sales pitches and traps. Their so-called "mentors" have not been personally hand picked and mentored by John Beck himself, as they would have you believe. They will not mentor you to seek out properties, purchase them and resell them for profit, as they would have you believe. They will not make you their next success story and put you on their next infomercial, as they would have you believe. As a matter of fact, all they'll do is steal your money. They are presently trying to steal my money, along with who knows how many other peoples. They no it! That's why not one person has come foward to address any of these complaints. This is a scam!!

What you'll need to do next is foward this report to as many government and law enforcement agencies as you possibly can and continue to do so for as long as it takes. Notify all of your friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors & acquaintences about this fraudulent company and their intent to rob people and refer everyone you possibly can to this website. Post this website address on as many public forums and discussion boards as you possibly can and last but not least make being scammed, your horrific experience and this awesome website your favorite dinner topic. I have!! I visit Pearlridge shopping center and I tell every cashier, cartboy, stock clerk, waiter, waitress, janitor, etc, etc that I run into about this website. One day this website will be so popular that the amount of scams will inevidibly be minimized.

The only way it will become this popular is through word of mouth. We need to spread this information like wildfire. After becomming a scam victim, it is now your personal duty to warn, protect, and save as many people as you possibly can from also being scammed by the same scam. You must exercise your constitutional rights and continue to do so for as long as it takes. Don't ever think that this company is going away by themselves. Until next time, take care Leolani and everyone else, Aloha from this beautiful island & God Bless each and every one of you.

P.S. If you would like to join forces with me Leolani, please contact me through this website. E-mail the editor and request my contact information. Any and all media companies and attorneys who would be interested in my story, please do the same.
