I am Alan the self proclaimed real estate guru. I have just compiled a book from my secret source, that lists properties worth tens of thousands of dollars you can buy for 456.00 plus tax. Why would I want to buy these properties myself and make untold amounts of money when I can just sell you the book for say 40.00 plus tax and you can make all the money. I will just work hours and hours and spend money on infomercials just to help you out.

This is just the senerio that John Beck wants the gullible public to believe. That he is some kind of Mother Teresa of the real estate world and he is out there just so you can make the money and not him or his henchmen. I do believe Beck has in a couple of cases due to circumstances in his past purchased properties cheap. But that was back in the 60's or 70's. It is now impossible so since he can no longer make money in real estate with his own money, he will invest in real estate with yours. Your money no matter what he has to do to get it. I think these people need to go now to Iran and be used for nuclear testing.

There is absolutely no such thing as legitimate moneymaking Real Estate programs being sold to total strangers for less than the earning potential claimed possible.

Any and all programs that claim otherwise are scams and it's not just a matter of opinion. If these inbreeds truly had the knowledge to obtain properties as they claim, they would be selling properties for profit via Infomercial and not their unproven "systems."

HEIDI: The only thing they taught us was how to buy and sell land over internet auctions.

REID: There is absolutely no way that this company taught you how to buy and sell land over internet auctions. If they did you would never have posted a report regarding their scam, because they would sue you up the wazoo if they could prove that they were indeed able to live up to their claims.

HEIDI: We never received any instruction on how to purchase with no money down.

REID: I don't believe that John Beck purports to instruct people on how to purchase with no money down. John Beck's scam involves tax liens.
