Thanks to everyones advice and to this site for telling me I don't have to take this. I did as I was suggested which was to dispute the charges and send my credit card company to this web-site and request that no other charges all processed with out my authoerization using a security code. Within less than a month the charges were taken off. In short send the credit card companys to this web-site and let their fraud team read what's going on.

Like John Beck, John Alexander sells his own real estate program called "Real Estate Riches in 14 days".

John Alexander also uses Mentoring of America like John Beck does for their coaching programs.

In fact John Alexander is listed as Mentoring of America's company management along with HENRY BRAZIL, the same guy who hand signed my Mentoring of America refund agreement and refund check.

This Report Co-Mingles John Alexander and John Beck but fails to establish the link to Mr.Alexander. I presume that this complaint suggests Mentors of America rebilling is also used by John Alexander in his "email buddy" bait and "hotline advisor" voice mail tactics, but the facts are absent?

You need to dispute the charges with your credit card company, and then cancel the credit card before they next billing cycle from John Beck comes around. There has been a rash of complaints about continued unathorized monthly charges by purchasing John Becks informercial program.

When you cancel and close out the credit card, you cut the legs out from under them and they can't charge you anymore.

The person who keeps calling you is indeed a John Beck employee trying to sucker you into their rip-off coaching done by Mentoring of America LLC located in Utah. They are the ones who do the coahing for John Beck's Free and Clear system from the TV infomercials. The fact that you are on this site tells me that you have already seen who Mentoring of America LLC is. They just got sued again and the Utah Division of Consumer Protection is doing an investigation on them.

I would ask that you tape record this invidual who keeps calling you, if he calls you again. Don't call him, let him call you, so have a tape recorder ready to go on one of your phones. If you do decide to tape record the call, just go ahead and play along with his gimmick on the phone, but DO NOT give him any type of credit card information or any other personal information about you.

Try to catch all his BS lies, promises, and fake guarantees on tape. They do this because the know that you probably are not recording the call because they called you unexpectedly, and they can get away with telling, promising, or guaranteeing you whatever they want in order to get you to sign up for the coaching, because you won't be able to prove what anybody had promised or guaranteed you later on when you want your money back.

If you do record this on tape, and I hope that you do, send the tapes to Mr. Ao Pauga at the Utah Divison of Consumer Protection. He's the investigator assigned to Mentoring of America. A lot of people including myself, would like to see John Beck and Mentoring of America LLC out of business and/or incur heavy legal punishment for their fradulent business practices.

Way too many people inluding myself have been and continue to be ripped off by John Beck and Mentoring of America LLC for thousands of dollars per person. It needs to come to a stop. This cannot be allowed to continue.
