Real estate rental scam by John burgess and his son. They take your money and never fix the property and block their phones so you can t reach them. After the second month they file eviction notice and put you out. You then have to move and he keeps all rent money and damages your credit. Doesn't t even own the property and all of the properties in foreclosure.
