I want everyone to know that these three men are running a Criminal Scam that No One with powers has done anything about. If you have been ripped off by these three men Call Channel 8 on our side they told be they need numerous complaints to address the story. These men ripoff home owners, renters, employees and service people. They use this phone number 813 347 8676  on craigs list right now today they have 6 listing on Craigs List. Do a google search for them and a Bing search for them different site will come up. They rip people off all over the country from the NE to Florida. I will not list all their numbers and web address they are coverd in numerous other Ripoff reports. Whats important is to keep posting these reports to eventualy get the attention of some one that cares. These guys have been arrested in several states and numerous times in FL but they just keep at it as soon as they are out. Stop John Burgess.

Scam 1 send out letters to people to get them to give John their house under false pretenses.

Scam #2 hire emloyees to do all this and never pay them.

Scam #3 rent out houses they own or even ones they dont own to people take there money and run or let them live in bombed out houses with no services.

Scam #4 any service people hired to make any repairs that they deam nessassary will never be paid.

Scam #5 John also does this "found money scam" he finds lost money in the possession of the state gets you to sign over your rights to the money and tells you he will give you a persentage.
