John Doe DCFS Pomona ca violating my Rights with my children Colton Nationwide

My ex fiance filed false allegations and an Amber alert against me which put my life in danger, she also lied to the police in order to placed into a shelter to use the system for monotary compensation. I was cleared of all criminal and family court filings, however DCFS is violating my civil rights to have custody of my children. I told DCFS the mother was abusive towards the children and now 8 months later a report came in to CPS that the mother is abusive and neglecting the children. my charactor was defamed and my life put at risk, and i am also an officer. i was humiliated and left for deadeven after being cleared. yet the mother has no punishment by the courts for what she did and continues brag about what she did.
