We took a leap of faith and purchased an RV from this dealership on Ebay. We have regretted it ever since.
They falsely advertised the awning as a power awning. When asked what they intended to do about the misrepresentation, they advised the following...
"The power awning mention in the text was an error and I apologize for that. If you would like to back out of the purchase I will refund your deposit. The low NADA value without a single option added is $12,570 and it sold to you for a high bid of $11,200. You made a great buy if you decide that you would like to complete your purchase. If you chose to cancel the transaction there are no hard feelings. We are very easy to work with and offer the best prices around on quality motorhomes."
We should have seen this as a sign, and run. However we were so excited about the purchase, we felt we could live with this one thing. Of course, several months later, this "one thing" has evolved into a laundry list of problems. From completely useless coach batteries and a rusted through tray, water system issues, chassis problems, and our most recent horrifying discovery.
What they described (after the fact) as a soft spot in front of the kitchen sink, is in fact the entire left side of the motorhome floor, rotten to the frame.
I cannot imagine how this company has such a high rating on Ebay.

So much venom Jim... I sincerely hope you're on some sort of medication for that. I need to go to the grocery store some time this weekend, will you be available to help me choose which cereal to purchase? I'm not sure I trust myself to make any decisions now without your sage advice.

If you just can't stand it when someone dares tell you how it really is instead of patting you on the head and telling you what you want to hear then don't come to a PUBLIC SITE to cry and whine about the very obvious consequences of your sorry lack of common sense! You "just had to have THAT rv" so badly that your tongue was hanging out and you failed to be a smart consumer! They knew full well, or is it " fool well" eventually some sucker would come along and do exactly what YOU did! You played the role perfectly! Then somebody comes along and points out to you what the average person thinks about this transaction and you just can't stand that. Of course, as is very typical of people like you, you have zero rebuttal of what I said and it's the tired, old, very immature "you must work for them" routine! How sorry does it get?
