All I want from you Mr. John Lane is my 1497.00 back!!! I do not want the extra 25% from you or your course. I did not want free information because it is all free somewhere on the internet. I read many many articles on the internet before ordering your so called Tax system and got the information for free!! All you had to do was refund my money and that would have been it. If your system is so great then stand behind what you offer...A refund after 1 full year! Next month...October will be the one year I had to wait. I will let the people on here know if you refunded my money or not. All John lane does is make money off of his tax sale lists. He will bombared you with emails after the course and just tell stories about what he used to do in the past. He says you don't need hardly any money to get started and that is not true either and that is why I knew in the first month that this course was not going to work for me. 1497.00 is a lot of money and he has no problem taking it from you. He says he has a staff that has been with him for a long long time but every time I called the person I spoke to before the last phone call was no longer with him. Maybe those people had a concience and couldn't take peoples money. Can't wait to see if you refund my money on Oct 5th Mr. Lane. Will keep all of you out there updated on this matter. Remember I do not want your 25% extra...I want MY 1497.00 back!!! He clamis I wanted to make money off of him in his rebuttle..what a joke...I am not like you Mr. Lane...all I wanted was a course worth that kind of money and it is worth about 25.00 bucks!!! Oh he claims to have a half a million clients but 6100 said the course was good...do the math...not good at all!!

We do, in fact, offer a guarantee to our course.  The guarantee requires one thing - show us that you have used the material in the course and made some attempt to make money.  If you do that and are not pleased having done that...then after 12 months we will give you a refund.

As to the quality of the course. We poll all our students after the course is over. 97% of over 6,100 students have rated the course as either very good or excellent.  The statement that this individual could get all the information from a $25 dollar book on Amazon is absolute hogwash.  I have read every tax sale related book on Amazon and none are written by anybody who has actually been in the tax sale business in any major way at all.  Our course is based on 20 years of active involvement in the tax sale business and the acquisition of close to $200 million dollars of tax sale properties.

We allow people to cancel the course prior to attending and we tell them there are no cancellations after the course has started.  We provide the students with over 18 hours of instruction and 1,100 pages of manuals.

All materials are provided in either PDFs or in online workshops.  It is impossible to get the information back through a normal return process and all of the material is available the day the course starts.

What we will not tolerate is people like this individual who makes no effort to do anything - just wants the information for free.  We used to offer a 125% guarantee but found we attracted a number of people who thought they could buy the course and then request a 125% refund and make money - obviously - that is not what we guaranteed.  We stated very clearly that you HAD TO USE THE COURSE to qualify for that guarantee.
