Taxsalelists.com John Lane President Refuses to Honor 1 year 365 day No Haggle 125% Money Back Guarantee Westminster Colorado

Taxsalelists.com Refuses to honor there written ironclad money back guarantee, where they will buy back the course from the consumer for 125% more than you originally paid for it.  They advertised that you could use the course for a full 365 days, an entire year and then buy it back from you if you did not have success with it.

I contacted them 360 days later and they refused to honor the guarantee, saying it had to back to them by the day I ordered it, not the day I actually received it so actually they are saying that you cannot use the kit for an entire 365 days.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Denver to complain, and Tax sales response was that they have never ever offered such a guarantee on the Home study course, only on the total success course.  Yet the day I ordered the kit I printed the guarantee from there marketing offer. 

In my complaint I let John Lane of Taxsalelists.com know that I had the original guarantee and he still responded untruthfully. They told BBB, that the Home study course only ever has come with a 90 day money back guarantee.  So they actually committed perjury.

I am going to sue, because they cannot be allowed to get away with this anymore.  I am sure once the Judge sees the original guarantee and my email confirmations of when the course was actually shipped to me, justice will be served.
