I subscribed to taxsalelists.com service which pormised to both educated about investing in tax liens and other such real estate investin services.  After signing up for a monthly subscription they promise to send you a link to a webinar as well as access to lists of tax liens and other such services.

After seeing that they had billed my credit card for the monthly subscription I attempted to sign on to the site and access the educational material that was solicted to me.  When signing on the site told me that my sign on information was incorrect and when prompted to use the "forgot password" it asks for a pet name.  I re-enetered all possible passwords, pet names, called tehcnical support, emailed technical support and all named people to contact.  The responses were to contact someone named Kim Mau and this person would help.

Several weeks later someone contacted me by phone and attempted to solicite me to sign up for another training and pay $10,000 for the service.  I explained how displeased I was in the service and he commited to contact me the following day with some resolution, he never returned the call.

A week later I was sent an email with links to the webinars that I had been promised earlier.  I thought I was finally getting somewhere.  When I clicked on the link they would not download and play as well as I could not sign on to get the student manuals because I still did not have a password that worked.

I have written several emails to tech support, John Lane, and Kim Mau and there has been little to no reply other that solicitations and excuses that the emial is down.  On the phone they just guide you to a circle of voicemails that never call you back.

This is the worst service I have ever subscribe to and there is no techincal or training support once they get your money.
