Watch out, if you've been approached by a John Paulson as well because that is another identity of John Paul Martin. It is doubtful that it's a legal name but John Paulson is John Paul Martin. 

 You are fortunate to get your deed !

 I  finally received my deed to property purchased from landgavel on ebay four months after sending 2399 $ certified funds.

The only reason I feel I ended up getting the deed and not getting scamed like everyone else is I attempted to bid on other properties he had listed on ebay.

he contacted me after bidding and wanted me not to bid,I enturn told him I wanted to buy more realestate from him but need my deed to the first property.It worked !!!within a month I got the deed to the property !!! It will be a cold day in hell when I do buisness with them again.But it worked got my deed

Hello sir, I have the same problem as you now or same problem you did. I am very curious, did you get any resolution on this case at all or is it still outstanding? I am looking into what it's going to take to file a small claims court case on him because he hasn't responded at all, to any subsequent emails or phone calls.
