Jonathan Kirkland VirtualGroup.com Dealer Rank Ripped of his employees and won't refund money to clients Austin Texas Internet

I also want to speak up as an employee of Virtual Group we run operations for Dealerrank.com and Virtualgroup.com .  My co-workers are speaking up and now so will I, we are not being paid by our boss Jonathan Kirkland.  If we quit we won't ever see any money and if we stay we are not getting our full pay.  Jonathan owes us our 13th month pay and I also want to report more on him.

Sir Jonathan is the largest problem in our company, he always cancel his meetings and clients are really not happy.  We promise page 1 rankings on google but it is not happening.  We keep trying to better our company but he is just in the USA, we work from the PHilippines.  We are cheap staff and he treats us cheap... we make less than $500 a month and he cant pay us all our pay! Do not trust Jonathan Kirkland.  Everyone is quitting, no one like working here and the work being done on marketing campaigns is bad cause no one cares.  He been here for more then 6 month and he keeps making us promises, im sure this is illegal in other countries.

He has is friends that work here they are young and say they know him, talk about how he just goes out as a sex tourist while here and is always out with the bar girls cause he never come to office.  You know even though he has a bad rep and employees talk bad about him, we will all stay quiet and be peaceful if he just pay us.  He is getting reports online cause he don't pay us.  We have families, we have bills to pay.  

Some say he doesnt pay us our full pay cause he knows we will all quit cause many are just waiting for their full pay so they can quit and find another job.
