Jonathan Kirkland Virtual Group Team One Outsourcing Dealer Rank Refuses to Pay Employees Internet

I am writing this Scam report to let the public know how myself and the employees at Virtual Group are being treated and scammed by owner of company Jonathan Kirkland.  I read a separate ripoff report on him, because everyone was sharing it in the company, and it gave me the courage to write this fraud report on Jonathan Kirkland (a usa citizen) who owns Virtual Group (Team One Outsourcing) in the Philippines.

He has refused to pay myself and the entire staffs government mandated bonus that was due in June 2017.  It is the law to pay out this bonus, it is not option.  It is illegal here in the Philippines to not pay out this bonus. What are we supposed to do?  Quit our jobs over it... then we have no jobs.  It is bad enough I make only $4 an hour, that is why government bonuses are mandatory because we get paid nothing.  I was going to use the bonus to get a doctor visit for my daughter and now I have nothing and let my family down.

Jonothan Kirkland is USA citizen and now lives in USA in Texas.  After refusing to pay our bonus he did not speak to us either. He says nothing, so unprofessional.  He rips us off and then silence... he acts like we have no voice , no rights. He is the worst boss I have ever had and no one likes him. Nothing but lies and broken promises, we want new boss but instead everyone is going to quit over this.  We have so many complaints in the company on him, mainly from clients.  He owes so many people money or refunds or he never responds.  

I hope to write that as a warning to people looking too maybe take a job with Team One Outsourcing (AKA Virtual Group).  Never ever work for Jonathan Kirkland.  People working here is not happy at all.  I hope other employees get the courage to speak out because of this website we are not powerless.
