Hello, as the owner of Jonny's Towing I'd like to extend my apologies for any misunderstanding.  We know being towed is a stressful and rare experience for most people.  Prices, response times and more are subject to massive interpretation according to the situation at hand.

Just as I would have no idea what to expect to be charged by an attorney for a situation I'm unfamiliar with, we find that some vehicle owners are unaware of what a reasonable price is for towing services in emergency situations.

We are an emergency towing company that is set up to help stranded motorists as quickly as possible.  This means we have a fleet of tow trucks and tow truck drivers staffed at all hours of the day.  This also means we have to set our pricing to reflect this convenience, though our pricing is more than competitive in comparison to companies providing similar services.  Our main goal is always our clients safety, then they're convenience.

Please keep in mind that we tow dozens of cars per day and the night of this complaint is in the middle of a snowstorm in the middle of the worst winter in Chicago in over thirty years.  Every tow truck in Chicago was being used and had three more calls waiting for it.  We came to the aid of many stranded motorists much sooner than any could expect.  

We're a small local company that really worked exceptionally hard to help people out during a really rough winter and to finally get a bit of a break, go online and see that one, out of the hundreds we aided, is voicing their uninformed opinion publicly is a real disappointment.  

I assure anyone out there in need of towing or roadside services that you will not find another company as willing to go above and beyond to help get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.
