Jordan Smith America's Loan Company, Mullenax Jack Rodger, Jordan Smith CEO of America's Loan Company stole $8,840 as loan upfront fees but never delivered after 5 times delivery defaults Bedford OH Ohio

America's Loan Company supposed to be located in Ohio approached me by sending gmail and offered business loans from 3.20.2018

First person was Mullenax Jack Rodger and he explained that the only upfront fee was $1,050 only and no other fees prior and after the loan disbursement. However, immediaely after the first $500 was paid by wire, the company started to tell many hidden fees must be paid before the loan shall be delivered to our bank account. Always, they said, "I promise this is the last fee you pay and immediately after your payment the loan shall be immediately released to your account". 10 times the same tricks were repeated by the officer in charge. And the loan agreement was concluded on 3/30 but no loan was delivered.

After I complained the non-delivery of fund by having paid $8,500 with 13 times small payments, Jordan Smith, naming himself as CEO sent me text and then email using his gmail account and told that Mullenax Jack Rodger did wrongful administration of the loan and he shall be on the top of our loan case on 5/01. Then he started to suggest to amend the loan contract concluding his personal loan company instead of America's Loan Company name.

I rejected for continuity purpose and then he started, "After reviewing the loan agreement, it should be better to rectify now and re-conclude the loan agreement". At that time, he requested to pay $500 amendment fee and then on 5/06 a newly amended loan contract was concuded for $500K.

But the loan fund was not delivered on the same day despite the CEO's firm commitment made. Following days, Jordan Smith started to tell many excuses such as, "Oh! I am now in Hospital as my wife did give birth....Oh!, I am busy now as my staff got a serious car accident and am in the hospital, etc. etc.

After such default and breach by lender delaying a week the loan disbursment, he started say "I need you to pay the last delivery fee $500. After your payment I guarantee the loan shall be immediately delivered win an hour". I paid $500 on 5/10, but no loan has been delivered.

After claiming strongly, he still say "Oh there is another fee you must pay prior to the delivery of loan".

Jordan Smith is such a ridiculous scammer and fraudster and nothing trustworthy. After all total $8,840 was stolen by them but no loan has not been delivered.

This is one of the most malicious kind of fraudsters and irresponsible. After 5 times last minute betrayals by non-delivery of loan, they never apologize but keep soliciting newly invented fees. Worst and evil minded unlawful scammer group.
