Receiving phone messages from various individuals with thick Indian accents.  Caller ID shows 206-414-4646 as the caller number.  Message is someone with a thick Indian accent reading this script:

"This message is intended for Aresh. My name is Jordan Smith and I am from Internal Revenue Service IRS Department. There is a legal arrest warrant that's been issued against your name and your physical address is under Federal Investigation so please call us back as soon as possible. Call back number is 2-0-6, 4-3-6, 4-9-1-1. Thank you and goodbye."

Several differnt callers reading the same script.  One got so lost trying to read the message in English that he abandon the call half way through.

Online search on the call-back number suggests it may be a MagicJack number obtained in India.  Filed a complaint with what passes for 'customer service' at MagicJack.  Filed several complaints on FTC.gov.
