We heard great things about this upscale suit store, so we ordered 8 suits fou upcoming wedding.  What a mistake!!!!!  The younger female working there is beyond nasty gave us an attitude right from the start.  Everyone in our party has complained about her and their lack of customer service.  After the suits were ordered and paid for in full, they sent a post card to 2 people in party saying the suits would be delayed, a few stays later they received another postcard saying if they did not call their oders would be cancelled !!! Are you kidding me the grooms father was talked into alterations he did not want, and the grooms brother paid for alterations, and they charged him again when they messed up and had to fix the MC Hammer pants they ordered! When calling to speak to the manager, he was completely clueless and useless, the grooms suit had been sitting there And no one bothered to call.  Today I went with my father and brother to try on thier suits and again said girl was there with her full on attitude, as nasty as could be!!!! When checking out I questioned the ridiculous price of alterations and again she was nasty!! And the manager just stood there, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen!! I will also be calling their corporate office, Avoid this place ! We had to get kids suits from m*** w******** (((REDACTED))) and they were fantastic, and beyond helpful!
