Purchased multiple items from Jos. A. Banks online.

When you try to return the items their return slip is so cumbersome.   

The mailing address they have attached to all the shipped items is

The number just rings...    When you call the 800# on the main Jos A Banks Website nobody can find anything even when you have a tracking number that shows the items were delivered almost 3 weeks ago.

 

Stay away from Jos A. Banks and shop a reliable retailer.    These people are scammers.

 

I sent back over $200 worth of items and now they cna't find them.    Classic.
