Timothy Petty is at it again. He is currently residing in Franklin Kentucky and has masked himself with a web site know as Lavish Holdings. He has continued his scamming with his "Dolce Tanning Salons" which have non existant locations in Franklin Ky and Bowling Green Ky.  He no longer resides at the "Icon" condos in Nashville. He has a face book page and will be quick to tell you that all of the complaints here are due to "identity theft".  Mr. Petty has began offering web design packages through his "lavish holdings" site that is listed as being based in Bowling Green Ky. 

He is also attempting to get backers for a pilot for MTV entitled "Psycho Shoppers". Mr. Petty has no connections with MTV or any of it's affiliates.  If you need his home address or cell number or employer..you may contact me through this site. Let's stop him in his tracks, it's time to close this scammer down.
