JP Schoeffel FreeTGen service no longer works - support link is dead Internet

JP, Im glad you finally decided to get real. In the second paragraph you stated that you had nothing to do with FreeTGen but marketing it; then the fourth paragraph states, Our terms were clear when you joined. I guess you also have a copy so that you can check it carefully. Lifetime value is in no way legally binding to last lifetime (since it has no legal means, but I think you know it). That said, we clearly stated that we would provide the service for at least a year in the frame of this lifetime access. Which has been provided.

Also, the Coming Soon page I uploaded for your convenience states that you and your team developed FreeTGen. By the way, why didn't you take that page down before I filed this complaint but soon after I filed the complaint it disappeared? Anyway, which part of what you said is true: the second or the fourth paragraph?
And no, I never saw anything stating the service would be provided for at least a year, and of course you can create and state anything you want at this point, but no way would I pay $2,499 for a lifetime access to a service which would only last for a year. By the way, there is still a page where anyone can purchase FreeTGen service - http://www.12scdcg.com/freetgen.html and I walked all the way through to the last Paypal payment page. And here is EXACTLY what it says if you purchase lifetime access to FreeTGen, All Major Credit Cards, Paypal and Online Checks Are Accepted. You'll never be billed again and you can access FreeTgen in 1 year, 3 years... from now. FYI I printed this page for my records in case youll try to edit or remove it again (plus it has your name on it as well). 

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED? Whats going to be your next excuse?

First of all, the number one reason why I purchased the FreeTGen service was because it was marketed and recommended by an Internet Marketer I trust and have a lot of respect for Mike Johnson. (Too bad I forgot to mention about FreeTGen last time I emailed Mike, will make sure not to forget to do that.)

You are being funny blaming search engines for taking down your service. Search Engines algorithms will keep changing as long as we live, and I hope they do as thats normal. What about services like Magic Submitter, Senuke, Link Aloha, Seolinkvine . Those guys are working hard to keep up with algorithm changes and still provide benefits to their customers. They are not scammers and they dont play dirty games! They never find excuses by blaming search engines! They promised great service and are doing everything possible to keep their promises and stand behind their products!

Youre also being very funny by telling me to get my facts together. What else do you need? I uploaded:

a) the page from your blog that says you and your team developed FreeTGen
b) a copy of my Paypal receipt showing payment was made to YOU
c) an email with access details to FreeTGen and Saseo sent from YOU.

In your last rebuttal (4th paragraph) you admitted/made up your terms about the service. I supplied you with a link (live and indexed by Google) where you or anyone can still purchase access to FreeTGen, with your name, your payment info and your Terms of Service. Isnt that enough of my facts? What else do you need?

As far as your words, How would someone with a decent brain would even thinking at jumping into your flawed logic DONT BE THE JUDGE! People wholl be interested in reading this page will be smart enough to make their own decisions.

And youre totally wrong assuming no one will read or care about this report. Do you know its already ranking high in Google for the following terms:

Page 1 freetgen lifetime, JP Schoeffel scam, freetgen review or (-s)

Page 2 - JP Schoeffel, freetgen, etc.

and these are just a few to name. This report will only get stronger with the more content well keep adding to it.

Look Vlad, the reason I did not respond is that I was not aware and I could not be bothered wasting my time replying. Do you really think anyone will give any credit to that kind of report? I could file a report against Obama or the pope and it would be published in the name of the "first amendment right to free speech".

So, while making your call, you're at the same time shooting in your feet. I never said I was not involved in FreeTgen. That said, we never developed it, nor do we operate it, nor de we handle the support. Get your facts right before calling anyone for anything. If the coming soon page has been removed, well obviously, since it's a 3 years old service which has been closed down, it's not coming soon. Right? 

So, the service has been taken down, these things happen unfortunately. We don't control how search engines behave and how bad some customers will spam the network thus killing it slowly.

Filing this report is not helpful since we have done nothing wrong and we have provided the service according to your license and to the terms of service you agreed on before purchasing. 

Also, please remove any reference to my email and physical address in your report since you're violating other laws by doing so and the first amendment won't help. 

Feel free to spread this report to anyone you want. It's a funny one where you're trying to make your call, but you're simply failing cause your facts are plain wrong. How would someone with a decent brain would even thinking at jumping into your flawed logic. You're showing emails from different companies, you're trying to fool people. One of the company does not even exist!!! (the LLC). showing and exposting various stuff does not prove anything and you're in fact simply showing I emailed you promoting this service, nothing more. 

Bravo JP, now I absolutely have no doubts about you being the creator and developer of FreeTGen, I'm sure  everyone else reading this page will agree. I knew there was something going on your end therefore taking you a whole month (!) to respond to my initial complaint. You needed time to do some clean up.

I expected you to start playing "dirty games" (removing the page I mentioned about the coming up of FreeTGen from your site). Do you really think people reading this page would believe I filed a complaint and imported a dead link there? Plus, you know better that these  complaints are being manually reviewed prior to going live. 

I'm glad I printed the page and it's now attached. And, please don't say you've never seen this page before and have nothing to do with it (I know that's what you probably want to say). I don't know you personally and have absolutely no intentions or time to make up stories about your scam products. I paid a lot of money ($2,499) for this product (FreeTGen) and just want to warn everyone not to deal with you because you're a scammer and will post  the link to this page everywhere I'll see reviews for any of your products.  

I am also attaching some of other emails I received from you regarding FreeTGen access. 

As far as checking the whois on Saseo.com, I don't really care who this website is/was being owned by. Several of my domains are registered to different family members however I'm the one doing most of the work on those sites. I can have a domain registered in my neighbor's name within 5 minutes, and you know this! Once again, I don't give a ..... about who Saseo.com is registered to, I got access to it for purchasing FreeTGen (your product) therefore you are FULLY responsible for my articles not getting posted. 

JP, you're digging a bigger hole for yourself. Please accept the facts and stop denying the truth. Doing this you remind me of my four year old son who was misbehaving but keeps saying "I didn't do this" trying to escape punishment.

I just wanted to let you know that the website reported http://saseo.com is not mine.

I was involved as the JV partner for this product launch. This service is not operated by me, nor has it ever be operated by me or my company. A simple whois check would say it all, but I guess people prefer throwing some light on some non existent issues.
