JT Enterprises Buying a pool in Boise? Not to be trusted. They're word means nothing! Get it in writing. Nampa Idaho

They advertised a dump truck for sale. After speaking with them on the phone I purchased a plane ticket to go see the truck. The truck was what I wanted but when I went to complete the purchase they informed me their bank was holding the title. They promised to overnight the funds and to instruct the bank to overnight the title to me. I trusted them and I paid them $4200 for the truck and drove it the 400 plus miles home. Now it's been nearly a month and still no title. Worse yet, they do not answer or return phone calls. On the two or three occasions that Joe has answered the phone he tells me that they've sent payment and that I'll have my title in a couple days. And of course I still don't have a title.

I did manage to find out that a company called Accion USA is the lien holder. And upon speaking with the service center manager (Rob) was able to confirm that they've not paid off this loan but appear to be continuing to make their normal monthly payments.
