Day 3 of Jubilee Financial Services big fall....

OK, I talked to Marshall Quill the Attorney for Jubilee Financial Services, Inc. He is with the law offices of Malcom and Mcneel located at: 1901 Avenue of the Stars, Suite #1200
Los Angeles, CA 90067 Phone# 310-556-3002 fax is (3006).

He confirmed with me that JFS is now in FTC receivership. What does that mean? Well the Federal Trade Commission has taken over and has froze all accounts ie: our so called "TRUST" accounts. (I was wondering why they call it a "TRUST" account, silly in the light of our situations.)

Marshall gave me the number of the Attorneys that will be handling it for the FTC they are:

I don't know if this is a good thing or it has already turned into a very bad, bad thing...but all Marshall Quill (attorney for JFS) could say to me was that he was very, very sorry. All I can do is pray for the situation.

The last thing done today at 4:48 pm I put a phone call into the office of the FTC for them to call me back A.S.A.P. The secretary said it would probably be tomorrow that I would hear from them. I told her that I will call back every hour tomorrow.

We have a right to know what is going on. (I was not rude in fact she laughed at the thought of hearing my voice every hour on the hour trying to reach the two attorneys) Remember people I believe the FTC is there to help us, I just want to help find the money for all of us.
