From the beginning they lied to us. 1. We were never told they did not handle Dr. bills. 2. The first bill they did pay was not settled for anything less then what was owed. 3. Everytime we tried to contact them they had a different representative on the account and not a one of them new what the previous one had done.
4. The last bill they paid the check from Jubilee bounced and the bill collector is now harrasing me because they can not get ahold of Jubilee. 5. I have tried to call them for over a week and both the toll free number and the regular number ring busy all hours of the day and night. I highly dought they are that busy.
I have tried to discontinue doing business with them by sending a letter and faxing the letter letting them know. I asked for a full refund of the balance owed to me and I am still waiting for a response or my money back.

Melinda,
You need to know that Jubilee is no longer in business, so I have been told by Hyla 480-425-0576. She is with Jubilee co. not any relation to Jubilee Financial Services. I have been in contact with several other people that have lost money.
I have heard that all accounts have been frozen and they are gone. I have been in contact with their lawyers but they keep giving me the run around, I still would like to know what banking institution they have all of our trust accounts in. THey have $5000 of my dollars and I have a feeling I will never see that again. Can you smell Class Action Suit? Here is my email if you would like to put our heads together and see what we can do.
P.S. I would like to know what bank the bounced check came from. Maybe they have our trust accounts there. Please email me. Anyone email me.
