I too am a victim of this so called judge...Charles J Hoskin.  I went through same treatment in 2011 with Judge Hoskin in trying to get custody of my child.  Judge Hoskin was rude and disinterested in my case and my divorce.  I filed for divorce to get custody and Judge Hoskin did nothing.  I had mountains of information and pictures on my ex wife being a bad mother and kidnapping my child which she took out of state.  I was on the stand for 2 hours answering questions and my ex wife was on the stand for 18 mins with her attorney asking questions. 

Judge Hoskin gave my attorney one minute to ask one question to my exwife when we had 55 questions to ask her.  All our questions had to do with her character and lies.  My ex wife's attorney had all the time he want to ask me questions.  How is this justice when the judge hands over your child with out finding out all the fact?  Judge Hoskin goes on record and says to appeal him in his decision as he made a mistake.  He doesn't give a crap about your case, you life or your childs well being. 

An appeal coast extra $15,000 in trying to get justice when this man is to lazy / not interested in doing his job.  I have lost everything due to this man's decision.  He handed my child over to a monster...my exwife who's not even raising my child. I would like to say more about Judge Hoskin but at this point I still have a open case.  I am looking for anyone who has had this judge and has gone through the same treatment.  Please contact me at (((email redacted)))  This judge needs to be kicked off the bench and exposed to the public as lazy, rude and incompetent!  He does not care about our children!  We can only do this in numbers.

Seems like Chuck does not care about the best interest of the people and from some of the complaints I have read Judge Hoskin owns a part of the facility your brother was sent to. Which means that its very possible your brothers finances were not pocketed rather then used for medical treatment.

This judge is doing the same thing with my child he has a few illnesses and the doctors want him to continue treatment here. The judge removed my child from the home placing him back in Las Vegas ripping him from his pets, father, school and other activities he is involved with.

This is a judge who does not care he is ruthless and very cocky. Being a judge also means ruling in favor of the people not his own needs so that he can gloat in the court room. As of right now a website is opening up and my advice is good luck chuck because your going to need it. To many complaints are being filed against this judge and from what I heard judges are being fired in Clark County so that is my coalition is to get baldy terminated.

Its not just seniors that get hurt what about the children? My son attends the best school in NV he has all his doctors and stability where he is at. This judge removes this child and tells me that it is what he wants without no legal reasoning behind it.

Right now many of the people who been wronged by the judge are filing reports and its very simple to do takes minutes. So please contact them at  http://judicial.state.nv.us/ and then you can start the complaint process. You may have to send copies of some of the evidence and fill out the complaint form.

This is the only way to get this judge investigated and possibly removed from his position. If not removed it goes on his permanent record and nobody is going to want to reelect a judge who does not uphold family law correctly.

I wish you nothing but luck when it comes to family all of us have to do what we have to do even if that means firing a bad judge.
