US Federal Judge Dale S Fischer, a white female, was held in custody on charges of prostitution and drugs stemming from an investigation by the Los Angeles County Narcotics Drugs Commission, according to court records.
Authorities arrested Dale S Fischer, 62, on Monday on felony charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and first-degree possession of marijuana and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree promoting prostitution.
Arrest warrants filed in Los Angeles County District Court showed that Fisher offered a "price" for services to be rendered" for pimping and pandering one of her many prostitutes on Monday. She also was in possession of cocaine, marijuana and a plastic packaging for storing a controlled substance, according to court documents.
Fisher, is expected to have her initial appearance in court today. She posted $225,000 in bail and was released on her own recognizance according to jail records.
Because of her position as a US Federal Judge and its lifetime appointment, Fischer has been able to retain her position and is scheduled to hear cases, herself, as early as next Wednesday.
