I recieved a letter stating it was an offical declaration of Certified Award and provision of Payment for the amount of 1,230,946.00 (winner option a) or a 30 year annuity for $2,000,000.00 winner option (b).

 however in small print it states that you have to make a prepayment of a mandatory fee $11.89. 

 This is what sent a RED Flag to me. I know this is a scam because if i won why do they need moneyfrom me. also i did a little google search and several other people have recieved the same letter and actually payed the amount and didn'trecieve the money. 

Don't bother  IS a scam
