My elderly father in SC received a letter saying if he sends $12.99, he MIGHT have a winning number to win $1-$2 million.

I wonder where this company received their mailing list as it seems they are only preying on the elderly (I assume that based on research on other sites that collect Scams like this).  It is a shame people do this & I plan to post a complaint at every one of these Complaint collection sites.

I found several emails that says the same thing on my letter but they want 12.99 paid to the ANC plus they want me to add 3.00 more for Rush Processing. JUDGING OFFICE & DECISIONS CENTER Larry Hourd I've recieved this Letter today 1/27/15 it was a certified award and provision of payment with a verifed ID Nimber. With two different opions of A & on which payment you wither recieve which is the lump sum of 1,230,946.00 or a 30 year cash Aunnuity of 2,000,000,00. I was over excited on getting this letter knowing that I am in a financial bind right now. I felt like now I can be bill free,get my credit back in order...so I went on and on..but when I read that they want 12.99 for a rush process my excitment dropped to the bottom of me feet. I then got on Google and found out that it's a ripoff...I'm very mad right now how could they just go around doing people like this! I want something done about them. Kansas City Kansas
