Received a letter saying I won a huge prize amount but I needed to send in $12.99 ..Very upsetting that these people play on others emotions and income.  Thought it was from Publishers  at first.  Exact wording states:  Tina C. You have just  won $1,230,946.00. Etc. Etc...I hope others are not falling for this.
