On Dec 18 2009 I ordered the 'Judgment Recovery Training' manual from Legal Recovery Services, aka Lance Shapiro, online for $107.00. The original order form had a 60-day "100 Satisfaction Guarantee."

Within minutes I emiled purchase confirmation and was given a link page and told my manual would be forthcoming. Within 30 minutes of reviewing the link page I realized this is not what I wanted and immediately e-mailed them requesting a refund and not to ship my material.  

Next 3 days, no response. I called the number in their original email, left a message with all pertinent information and said I wanted to speak with someone regarding a refund.  No response.

I decided to wait until after Christmas. Dec 29, called the number, no answer so I left the same message again. January 3, 2010, I called again and finally got a live person on the line and explained my request. He said no problem but that my material 'may' have already hipped but that I could return it.

Material arrived postmarked Jan. 7 (sent out 3 days after I had spoken with a representative...). Refused delivery and had the local Postmaster send it back. Emailed again. No response. Called repeatedly. No response.

Warranty is invalid and I will be in touch with local BBB and the State of California to file formal complaints. If they're doing this to others they may even face an inquiry from the Postal Inspection folks. Complete Rip Off.
