I paid this account off over a year ago, yet to this day, they still say i owe a balance, but then there collections department says it paid off, i have went back and fourth with this company. this problem has definately effected my chance of buying a home at this time. This matter has still not been resolved, juniper bank says they cant change it because it been to long, but everytime i dispute it with the credit reporting agencies, they say is till owe. Can anyone help me, i'm running out of options and ran out of patience along time ago.

If Juniper is telling you it is paid in full. Get a name and direct number. Provide it to the credit bureau. Request a statement on bank letthead. Contact the OCC and file a complaint
