my husband and I join just fitness,  spoke to lady name Michelle, she telling us she was new,  told her we would like to join, but we don't like contracts,   so she told us how much,   so she had us to fill out this paper  ask us for are checking account number,  we ask you don't us  credit cards she said we do like this.  telling us stuff about her, I told her I just lost my Mother,  husband and I went to the gym about two weeks at the most,  I notice nothing coming money coming out the checking account,  got a bill in the mail saying we owe this, so we called they wrote down wrong number, happen again spoke someone from there head quarts she had right number, called the bank they said, notice they been trying take money out, but someone putting the wrong, account number in so called head quarts back explain, she put number in went threw, week later they called and said what about payment from your husband, so confused, just payed coming out the same account, she said yes its coming out the same account but we did not take his out, got tired of this, so I said I just want to end this, found out that we was on a contract, I was so upset so mY husband and I went to just fitness spoke to the manger, she said she would help us, want are phone number said she would call us back,  never did, so when called back to so many attempts get a hold of her she said let me email the head quarts let them no, so I waited, so I called the head quarts ask did they recieved anything from Chris the manger at just fitness they said no so when I finally got a hold of chris, she said I have not heard nothing back form them, I told her they never got nothing from you, after that she never return my phone calls she never there now my husband and I owe 650 dollar after only being in there gym about two weeks, I'm been trying to fix my credit, lost my Mother, so I can get are Family home, now just fitness is hurting me, I wrote to better business beur now just fitness want to say well you and your husband signed a contract, I was in pain already now look what they did to me can someone please help me, I did everything I can do   Another  thing my son who was 16 at the time signed up without me nothing, he is a minor, saying he owes 541 dollars I found that out when I seen moneycoming out his account from just fitness
