You will be charged $20 for the domain when you end your services with them.  Also, I was not watching the site and my content was not on the site and they were advertising other companies and links on the site that I prepaid a year for.   I don't even know how long they had their content on the site for.

Thank you for that salt in the wound.

Yes, the fine, fine print probably says that, it was over a year ago.  Thus, the reason for my post to alert others.  Another company I employed a year ago, did send me a email as to if I would like to continue.

You say cheap, I say inexpensive alternative to local companies that do not provide an affordable alternative, or any that I am aware of.   I'm just a one person re company.

I'll probably just go with another real estate company that takes care of this, so another small broker bites the dust.

Watch the site diligently, because they did put up other real estate companies links on my site when it was down.  Probably, also in the fine print another gifted rebuttal might point out.

Unfortunately, that is what you get if want cheap unlimited space service. They will always

provide you with this service, but you didn't read the agreement before you

signed if this came as a surprise to you. Trust me, I have had the same

complaints, but if you look at the fine print on the contract, you probably agreed

to what you got.

The best way to combat this is to cancel your subscription and go with a more

local company for a webpage. It costs more, but at least you will have more

leverage to fix unwanted situations. You could also use a free service that

already has the ads in place.
