If you are like me and are dreaming of becoming an internet millionair, you will soon realize that you have stumbled into a nightmare when selecting justhost as your hosting company. I recently decided to start an online store, so I purchased a shopping cart program, filed for a business license, payed my domains in advance ten years etc... I stumbled across www.justhost.com and selected justhost as my hosting company. Justhost.com promises so many services and the price is great. I even called justhost phone support number at 1-888-755-7585 and spoke with a sales rep who happily took my PayPal information and quickly took the money from my account. I payed for 4 years of hosting with justhost, and soon after spending 3 weeks setting up my shopping cart and getting it just the way it should be tragedy struck. The wonderful tech team at justhost began taking down my site for "spamming" and taking my site off line. I contacted them immediatly and they expalined that I had been sending spam, the problem is that I had never sent any messages from my site and it didn't have a single visitor. I spent nearly 2 months fighting with them on this issue and only got back canned response, from the incompetent tech support. I tryed calling but it's difficult to understand people from India. I even tryed their live support only to find out that the live support just reffers you to the phone support or email support with the canned responses. After 2 months of down time and thousands of dollars pissed away in overhead, I decided to request my anytime refund. Needless to say here I am on ripoffreport.com trying to find some solice, licking my wounds and begging for my long lost money.

You will never recieve any help from justhost.com, and you will always have problems with them that will never be resolved, forget about ever getting your money back from them and just do your home work before you decide to use them. I learned my lesson and switched to xxxxxcom (((REDACTED))) as an alternative to nightmarehost.com. I ended up only paying $200 more for 4 years of better hosting, faster connections, world class support, and I got a free ssl certificate for 4 years with my site, and a slew of other ammenities that justhost.com was going to charge me out the a*s for.

DO NOT REGISTER YOUR TOP LEVEL DOMAIN WITH JUSTHOST.COM BECAUSE ONCE THEY HAVE IT YOU HAVE TO USE THEM TO KEEP IT....BECAUSE THEY REGISTER IT IN THEIR NAME...ULTIMATELY STEALING YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS AND ALL OF YOUR TRAFFIC. FREE FOR LIFE IS A LIE, ITS SLAVERY WITH NO CHANCE FOR SALVATION.
