justhost.com Terrible customer service. Impossible to cancel auto billing!! Internet

I had an account with justhost.com.  I had never actually used the hosing service for my website but was auto billed from my sign up last year.  A few days ago, I attempted to cancel my account.  I have tried at least 20 times to get new passwords and cancel my account.  However, I cannot get into the site due to the sent passwords never working.  I actually talked to a customer service rep on the phone and she refused to cancel my account!!!! Are you kidding me!!
 I would like any attorneys who are interested in forming a class action lawsuit against justhost.com to contact me directly.   After seeing all of the people on this site who have had problems with them, I'm sure that there are lots more. 
Do not use justhost.com!!
