Our company entered into a contract agreement for Justin Lanno aka Advanced Tech of CT aka Dynamite Designers to update our website on 4/10/13. We gave him a 50% deposit of $250 to begin the work that was estimated to be completed on 4/23/13.

We met with him on that date to explain what we were looking for and give him all the info he needed to update the site. On 4/24/13 we were told he needed an additional $112.98 for hosting on his wholesale account because our GoDaddy account would not support the new website. Our debit card was charged $120.55 and we never received any information regarding the "hosting" that was purchased besides a generic Paypal receipt from his personal account that stated Miscellanous.

Over the past month we have received not one thing from him in regards to our website. His contract was breached as it states that he is to deliver samples of design every 3 days from the commencement of project. After multiple attempts to contact him  he either does not answer the phone or hangs up on you in the middle of a conversation. There have been numerous back and forth emails between us with broken promises on his part. He seems to have an excuse for everything.

On top of this website issue, our email system was completely down for 5 days without our knowing due to his incompetence, and our business lost out on hundreds of thousands of dollars of work.

We have been constantly told that we can review the website on several different occasions to which he has sent nothing. We have attempted to meet with him and he has blown us off at every attempt. On 5/8/13, our company sent written notice of cancellation of contract due to services never rendered and  requesting a full refund. Justin Lanno responded to this by threatening us with collections and demanding the remainder of payment.

After numerous rude and unprofessional emails and text messages, our debit card was charged $266.75 on 5/13/13 without our permission. All charges have been reported to our bank as FRAUD and we will be seeking legal action.

Please do not do any business with this scam artist as he is a FRAUD. I have contacted the websites he claims to have designed for references of his work and come to find out he has nothing to do with any of them. If you google this con artist you will find NUMEROUS scam reports and many civil lawsuits against him at ct.gov for contract issues.
