K & B Transportation, Inc. - Western Livestock Express, Inc. sean lying and cheating company wont let me get another driving job, ruining my life!! S.Souix City, Nebraska

I started working for k&b in january of 2009 and everything was great, except for the lying about the bonuses and home time. I never even made it home in feb., I stayed on and in march my dad passed and they was'nt even going to get me home for that but I said they better, so they finally did the day of my dads showing.  They even had the gaul to call me back out the night of the funeral to take an empty trl and drop it off they said they would pay me extra but they never did.

I went back out driving and in april I swerved to avoid a head on collision with a car on a two lane road, went off the road and got stuck in the mud, trk was fine just stuck in mud.

I called in and told them what happened and they said I should have just hit the vehicle head on, they did'nt believe me about how it happened even though the police did.  No accident report was filed and no damages to my driving record.

They hired a wrecker company to pull the trk out and in doing that the wrecker ripped the landing gear of the trl on the pavement, so that was my fault!!!!

I drove the undamaged trk back to S.Souix city, NE from Indiana where this all happened, supposedly to get the trk all checked out. I got back late in the evening so they put me in a room and brought me back the next morning. asked for all my logs and paperwork from the previous jobs and then said I was fired.........

There in Nebraska was made to empty out the trk while they checked it out(the trk was ready for the road again before I even got everything out of it.

They then sent me by shuttle with all my stuff to a little trkstp with a junkie motel and dropped me off......  I had to call my wife to come and get me and all my belongings and pay for the room with my last money,BECAUSE THEY KEPT MY LAST 2 WEEKS OF PAY.

Since then I have not been able to get a job because on my dac report they lied and put Cargo Loss, Equipment Loss, Company Policy Violation, Unsatisfactory Safety Record, and PERSONAL CONTACT REQUESTED....

Every time another trucking company calls to get my record they call them and they are saying I was fired for a Safety Violation involving an Accident which was never filed!!
