K-Designers And Mark Whiting Bully CA Hayward California(((update)))

after reporting this horrible company to the Better Business Bureau we were contacted by the BBB on July 23 to state that an agreement had been made with them(BBB) and k-designers that we would both agree to part ways and that the contract was null and void. I recieved a call from Mark Whiting on Friday the 24th stating that they were going to take legal action and he would call on Wednesday the 29th. Well one honest thing they have done was that he did call on the 29th to let me know that they were taking us to court. I stated what the BBB said and he said that was not true. So I guess he is calling the BBB liars. He was a bully and very treating in his tone and conversation. I wonder if this company is so wonderful why do they have to bully people to get business. I have another call into BBB to reopen the file against them. I say to anyone who is thinking of using this company run I say run as fast as you can.
