Kal Tire Spark plug inspection gone rip off moose jaw, Saskatchewan

I noticed I had a misfire in my 2008 g6 no engine light has ever come on and still has not.  I took it to kal tire to have the plugs checked only was supposed to cost 45.00 and if a scan was needed i was to be called i was not and went to get the car after waiting over 6 hours after being told it was only going to be a couple hours and was told my bill was 104.50 i was a little more than upset at the high price but what do i know.  anyway they proceeded to tell me that several other items were wrong with my car such as a ball joint which i was never told which they were never asked to do a full inspection since one was just done at the dealership a few months before late august i believe it was the yearly one anyhow i asked for a copy of the quote some kid then proceeded to write it down on the back of my 104.50 invoice and this is word for word quote for plugs wires brakes control arm coolant flush alignment etc $1,800.00 already angry at this i just wanted to go home they forgot to give me my keys i had to ask then i could not find my car and when i asked them all i got was an i dont know then some kid found it parked in front of a truck in a huge snow bank as we were in the middle of another blizzard then he walked away would not move the truck i had to plow though a ton of snow and over a curb to get out.  I got home and talked to my husband to be and we got pretty suspicious of this and took our car to the dealer where it was fully checked today and guess what the coolant is fine control arm is fine i had an alignment done today to check it.  The brakes we knew from our yearly inspection.  The service manager at our dealer told us that our coolant does not even need to be changed till the car is over 100,00km we are at like 73,00km and the control arm should never even have been in question but is also fine.  Also the ball joints are  fine surprise but the best part is that I would only have to replace one bad plug not all plugs and their wires as kal tire insisted.  My front brakes need to be done but kal tire said all four were shot which they are not I want my money back.  I was out and out deceived just because im a women if my husband to be would have went in this would have never happened.
