Kanoa Multiple issues with bringing the product out to the public. Empty promises. Continued backing up the release date with zero communication to me the customer Internet based Internet

 I originally back the company 150 dollars more than two years ago. I have not received emails to inform me of the progress of the product throughout these two years. I was unable to get a clear response when this product would be released through social media and Kano's website. This product does not seem to be coming out anytime soon. I received an email today stated the product would be on further delay. I would like a straight answer if this product is coming out. I'm very frustrated.
